   เป็นแม่เหล็กแบบที่ใช้นิวแมติกส์ควบคุมการทำความสะอาดด้วยตัวเอง ซึ่งง่ายต่อการทำความสะอาดเพียง 2 จังหวะเท่านั้น โดยจังหวะที่ 1 ชุดนิวแมติกส์จะเปิดให้แผ่นแม่เหล็กที่เอียงติดแนบอยู่กับท่อออกมา ทำให้เศษเหล็กไหลลงมาเองหรือใช้ท่อลมดูดออกมา ซึ่งมีท่อแยกทิ้งลงถังเศษเหล็ก จังหวะที่ 2 ชุดนิวแมติกส์จะปิดและดึงแผ่นแม่เหล็กกลับมาอยู่ในตำแหน่งเดิมและปิดท่อทางออกของเศษเหล็ก เหมาะสำหรับการลำเลียงวัตถุดิบผ่านทางท่อเช่น อุตสาหกรรมอาหาร, เคมีภัณฑ์, เม็ดพลาสติก เป็นต้น

Pneumatic control provides safe, easy operation. Cleaning takes only seconds to complete. With the product flow temporarily shut down, the magnets and a pneumatic discharge gate swing back to release the tramp iron collected through a special discharge chute. Magnets and gate then return to operating position so that processing can resume. M.K.T. can provide a complete pre-engineered control package for proper sequencing of the cleaning cycle.
