การใช้งาน : แม่เหล็กชนิด อัลนิโก มีส่วนประกอบพื้นฐานคือ นิกเกิล, โคบอลท์, อลูมินั่ม และเหล็ก มีคุณสมบัติทนการกัดกร่อน และมีเสถียรภาพสูง มีความแข็งแต่เปราะ แต่สามารถผลิตรูปแบบที่ซับซ้อนได้ ซึ่งวัตถุดิบแม่เหล็กชนิดอื่นไม่สามารถทำได้ มีลักษณะพิเศษคือมีค่า Remanence สูง, พลังงานจำเพาะ และการผันแปรของอุณหภูมิแม่เหล็กต่ำ สามารถใช้ในงานที่มีอุณหภูมิสูง ใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายใน มอเตอร์, มิเตอร์, แม่เหล็กเครื่องคัดแยก, ลำโพง, ระบบการจับยึด, ฯลฯ
Application : AlNiCo magnets, the base constituents are Nickle, Cobalt, Aluminum and iron, has excellent corrosion resistance and temperature stability. It is hard and brittle, but can be manufactured in complex shapes which is impossible with other materials. With the characteristics of high induction remanence, specific energy and a lower variation to temperature, it can be used at quite high operating temperature.
